Luxor Platform Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 1, 2026
PART I: GENERAL TERMS
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Luxor Platform, including all products, services, software, APIs, websites, dashboards, and related tools provided by Luxor Technology Corporation ("Luxor," "we," "us," or "our"), a corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware, USA.
The "Luxor Platform" currently encompasses the following products and services (each a "Service," and collectively the "Services"). We may add new Services as they are launched or modify existing Services as they are updated.
Luxor Mining Pool — mining pool infrastructure and payout services
LuxOS Firmware — custom firmware for ASICs
Luxor Hardware — buying, selling, and logistics services for ASICs and other compute hardware
Luxor Commander — fleet management platform for ASICs
Luxor Derivatives — hashrate & compute forward contracts, non-deliverable forwards, and related financial instruments
Luxor Energy — energy management, demand response, and power optimization services for data centres
By creating an account, accessing the Luxor Platform, or using any Service, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use any Service.
Certain Services may be subject to additional product-specific terms set forth in Part II of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between the General Terms in Part I and any product-specific terms in Part II, the product-specific terms shall prevail to the extent of such conflict with respect to the applicable Service.
Your use of Luxor Derivatives is additionally subject to the Luxor Derivatives Legal Disclosures, our KYC policy, and any applicable ISDA documentation required to execute trades. Those disclosures are incorporated by reference and remain separate standalone documents.
PART II: PRODUCT-SPECIFIC TERMS
The following sections set forth terms specific to each Service. These product-specific terms supplement the General Terms in Part I. You are bound by the product-specific terms only for the Services you access or use.
